Pinchin Architects were appointed to design a small cluster of three two bedroom homes in the heart of Berkhamsted. The development fell on the outside edge of the Conservation Area and presented an opportunity for new homes with a modern aesthetic.

The site dealt with a number of constraints such as privacy and overlooking which in turn informed the design of the angled oriel windows at the front of each property.
