This new build family home is a modern design that is split by a central double height glazed entrance with single flight handcrafted staircase. The front includes glazed gables that accentuate a sense of scale with winged accommodation consisting of main living areas and functional service zones.

Materials were kept to a minimum, adopting a yellow stock brick with anthracite grey zinc cladding, aluminium glazing and a hipped zinc roof.

The interior finishes were selected and carefully hand picked to client choice. The master bedroom in particular has a double height gabled outside view, a large sized walk through dressing area with built in joinery, all leading to a spacious ensuite that includes brass and tiled finishes.

The decor throughout has been beautifully chosen, and this compliments the architectural contemporary layout and design. The rear elevation has projecting box windows with seating that adds to the character of this property.
